How to track UTM tag statistics?

I created a label for targeted advertising on VK, you need to track the person who clicked on the link to the site and bought the goods there. There are 19 clicks on the link in the ad statistics, but Google only displays 9.

Almost all advertising systems have a discrepancy with real statistics. We are doing the same thing. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about this, just write to VK support, but they will not answer anything sensible, so just reduce the cost per click.
Do you want to know who exactly from VK clicked on your ad? Those. id, first name last name of the person? It's impossible.

Create an event on clicking the "pay" button (or any final action in the order) and set this event as a target in the admin section. After that, in the traffic sources section, you will see conversions based on your tags.
