How to track user's first pageview in Google Analytics?

It is necessary to transfer the very first visit of the user to a specific page of the site to Google Analytics, i.e. consider unique pageview of the first session of the user. Subsequent sessions should be excluded here, for example, if the user enters the same page within the second session. Can this be calculated in any reasonable way?

You can use segments in Google Analytics for this calculation. In ready-made segments, there are, for example, "New users" or "One-time visitors".
Or do you want statistics on returning users not to be taken into account at all in the counter?

by means of GA - limit the session time to one second
; this will immediately show a bunch of users, i.e. self-deception
via API - yes, whatever and whatever
