How to track the execution time of a ticket in github?

I'm looking for a simple service that would allow me to see how long a person has been working on a ticket.
That is, how long the issue hung with the in progress tag.
It is not an option to track the time of work on it yourself by pressing start-poise in various time trackers. During the development process, when the deadline comes yesterday, there is no time even to create a ticket. I would like to find a service to press one button "Make for ** bis" and I immediately displayed a list of tickets and their execution time.
Thanks in advance, gentlemen!

jira can do that. And not only that. Or redmine. In theory, both work with github.
