How to track telegram channels in AIOGRAM?

I'm making a bot on aiogram . With chats, groups, everything is clear, but not quite with channels. Can I somehow track messages in the telegram channel, subscriptions and unsubscribes, or see the general list of subscribers?
If so, how? Or you can throw a link to some resource
