How to track abandoned orders in the "Simple registration and order Simple" module for OpenCart?

There is a store on opencart, the system is not very familiar to me, the customer wants to track abandoned orders - those who have indicated a phone number, but have not yet completed registration. Usually this function works fine, but with this module it does not work at all, as I understand it.
Who faced such a problem, how did you solve it? I think to abandon this module, find an alternative to it, but I want to solve the problem with what I have, I don’t know where to dig, where to edit.
