How to track the city, region, country, type of ip address, phone provider. whom of the network providing services to our client?
I would like to deploy my own back-end. An example of such a service is here

Google about GeoIP. There should be extensions for any language.

I know one service that provides such information - IPStack . On a free plan, they give 10k requests per month. You can use this service or you can use different GEO bases
