For example: WebMoney, qiwi, etc.
Through google wallet. Maybe there are some applications?
Let's say that someone else's card is linked to the account, but
you can buy application games, but the card number is hidden in the same way as cvv

Doesn't Google Wallet work through a bank card linked to it? Why not pay/replenish through it?
