How to throw a window on a specific monitor from the list of open windows?

We need the following functionality. I open the list of open windows (in any form or by alt Tab or in the Dock, as you like) on one of the windows the menu drops out - send number 1 to the desktop (or by the name of the monitor).
For good, the functionality is needed both in Linux and in OSX, since the latter is on a working computer, and the first on a home one.
A good DE manager doesn't have to be exotic, or KDE or Gnome or Unity.
How to implement this functionality do not tell me?
