How to test visual components?

Good afternoon,
what is the best way to test visual components in .Net?
We have an external library for graphics and we need to test specific things made for the client in the last stage of testing.
All this is packaged in UserControls, those are embedded, and so on.
Ideally, my control with data and a picture should be shown, they say the result should look like this. And the YES, NO button to output.
This is the so-called "soft scroll problem" )) because the output is only visual and animation is possible.
