How to test RAM during the boot phase?

I would like to test the RAM as it is usually done with Windows tools, i.e. so that this happens either after a reboot, or a test starts at the boot stage, so that it is completely under the tests. They say it seems there are built-in tools for testing, they say you can run it at the kernel selection stage, but I can’t find it, tell me who knows?
