How to test performance or performance testing aka?

I sort of figured out the rest assured library, but how to do performance with the help of which commands, let’s say in jmeter, I clearly scored 10 people at one moment go to the site, how to do such things using the rest assured library, let’s say the response time, how to load the site as much as possible with this library / not bad I would like a couple of examples and how much this library differs from jmeter what is better to use / because even making an assert in jmeter is not realistic what are the pros and cons / thanks
