How to test payment ok?

Good afternoon, I am writing payment for goods in the game ok.
I call FAPI.UI.showPayment, a window is shown saying that I want to buy this and that, everything is fine, I click "yes", logically, at this moment, classmates should pull my server, at the url specified in the application settings. They do not pull it, but simply display the "payment system on prevention" window. According to the description in the documentation, this message is displayed if something went wrong somewhere. But how to find out where, what and how? I don’t see any logs, what’s going on is incomprehensible, how can I find out what I did wrong? Thank you.
