How to test Doctrine database in Symfony?

How to test a database? As I understand it, this will be integration testing, not unit testing. I had never tested a database before, when I googled only DbUnit, but the project is no longer supported and I didn’t even read the doc. How and with what tools is the database tested in 2019? )

What do you mean by database testing? Integrity of structure, data, entities or what?
