A support request came in, localized it on the stage, for example, do you have any idea why this is happening, how to continue this business throughout the entire development cycle? How do developers/QA check that the guesses are correct and the problem is gone, without a product base?

The product base is usually cut to 10%, or to a reasonable limit.
Then they look at the metrics where the problem is, model it by clamping the desired parameter.
