How to test an ios application on a "foreign" device and not demolish the owner's native applications?
I don't have the device myself. I rent from a friend to test the application (via manual download via itunes). I can be wrong, but in my opinion, when synchronizing my pure itunes with his device, applications can be rubbed on the device. In general, the question is: how to do everything right? Take his appleId and password from him and log in to your itunes. Or can it be under your clean and nothing will be rubbed? Or it will be rubbed, but it will restore everything at the first synchronization. Prompt plz.
PS: I'm NOT the app developer. They sent me ipa and mobileprovision for the test.

You don’t have to do anything, just plug in the device, make it a developer in xcode (your dev profile is written there, there can be as many as you like) and run the application. Nothing will be demolished, no synchronization is needed. The application icon will appear on the last desktop.
I would use testflightapp.com in that case. You don't need to sync anything.
mobile configuration utility can install apps without syncing with iTunes
Well, try to do the same with xcode. Because iTunes synchronization is really synchronization, and it is better to upload one single application through xcode.
Since a friend gives you a device for testing, let him tell you the password for his account, go to tuna under his account, drag ipa to iTunes and synchronize and that's it.
No, but just in case, you can first transfer purchases from an iPhone, there is such an item in tuna. And don't forget to make a backup, just in case.
Disclaimer: You do it all at your own peril and risk :))
There is a good utility www.i-funbox.com/ Able
to upload
ipa-shki without synchronization and jailbreak. Works on Windows and Mac, requires iTunes to be installed.
On the phone, you can log out of your friend's appleid and go under your own.
Then you can put applications under your appleid, they will also be updated under your appleid
If you give the developer the UDID of your friend's device and he will add it to the provision, and then rebuild the version, then your problem is solved.
1. send the UDID of the device to the developer
2. The developer adds it to the provision.
3. Rebuilds the version with it and sends it to you along with the provision.
4. You download the "iPhone Configuration Utility"
5. hook the gadget with a cord to your computer and run the utility, you see that the device is connected in the utility ...
6. drop this provision and ipa's version into the utility window
7. press the install button
8. the version is installed :) Nothing is broken and everyone is happy.
In fact, these body movements take a couple of minutes in total time.
