How to tell travis-ci not to overwrite, but merge branches during deployment?

The project is built using travis-ci from two different branches using two different configs, and the results of both are deployed to one or a third branch. The trouble is that a deploy from one branch deletes the result of a deploy from another branch. How to fix it?
