I raised a duplicate of the site from a backup copy, but there are no styles or scripts. In the console, errors like "Failed to load resourse with status 404 (Not Found) domain.com/main.css:1?127235982375298" and the like.
Those. it looks for files with numbers at the end, is it written somewhere in the database? What to fix?

Here is the answer to your question - the problem is that the server does not return static. Probably incorrectly configured nginx.
Check the settings and ensure that static files are served without proxying to Apache.
