How to tell search engines about dynamic pages?

Hello. There is a site with a Django backend (the usual format, not SPA). Some pages, like site.ru/catalog/, are generated automatically (there is only one template for such pages, based on the received ID, data is selected and substituted into the template). How to inform search engines about such pages?
For example, about a product with ID 123456 (site.ru/catalog/123456).

3) Write titles and add correct h1 headings
4) Pagination.
5) Set up the CNC in the form not site.ru/catalog/123456 but in this form site.ru/catalog/123456/
