How to tell docker-compose not to delete static files?

I'm using CI/CD and on restart it tries to delete the static files I need
How do I tell it not to delete them?
for example, they are located at /app/static_files

He does not have enough rights to delete files and does not want to restart the project

docker-compose doesn't do that. Check deployment scripts.
