How to work in npm as a team?
For example, I am updating a package (npm version patch && npm publish).
How can a partner know without me that I have updated the package and first get the current version of the package, and then update.

If you are working with the package itself in the team, then the partner should work with the sources in the git, and not with what is in the npm repository.
If you saw the package itself and he just uses it in his project, then he works with it just like with any other package.
