How to teach sass to track file changes?

There is a server on CentOS.
I do not want to constantly rebuild the files manually or pull the assembled front from the git.
How to make sure that the watch'er is always running on sass files, and as soon as the files are delayed, the front is rebuilt.
Is this possible without a permanently open terminal running watch?

There should be no extra software on sale
If you really need it, use your hands
