How to take video from the camera in fragments of 10 minutes without fps delays?

At the moment, zoneminder is configured and the rtsp protocol is recording fragments to the server. But since the object is moving, frames and fps drops constantly disappear. What are the options to receive video from cameras without fps drawdowns?
At the moment I bought a trassir camera - it writes via ftp, but the format is not readable and there is no segmentation for 10 minutes. Hikvision camera - I can backup 250MB fragments from it in a day, but I have to make them myself into fragments via ffmeg, which is not very convenient.
The essence of the question: what kind of camera to buy to record fragments (mp4, avi, ts) on ftp, or how to take archive from cameras fragment by fragment in automatic mode?
