How to take a screenshot with JavaScript/Flash/ActiveX/etc?

Hey!

It is required to make a page containing:
- an iframe with a certain site
- a text field
- the Submit button

When you click the Submit button, a screenshot of what is visible inside the iframe is taken (it can be any html, html + flash, flash video), after which the screenshot and content text field are saved to the database.

Problem: searching for "js screenshot", "Javascript to take a screenshot of a website", etc. produces results in the style of "no, dude, this is impossible." But maybe the technology has already stepped forward? Or am I missing something? Any web technology that does not require the installation of browser plug-ins and other unnecessary user gestures will suit me.

Thanks in advance for any help and pushing my thoughts in the right direction!

Maybe save a screenshot of the site in PDF? For example, this link will download a screenshot of Yandex
