How to synchronize two menus?

opencart 2.3. There are two category menu modules - accordion and showcase. Is it possible to make it so that when you select a menu item in the showcase (it is only on the main one, without an accordion), after going to the page of this item, the accordion (sidebar) opens and the active item is highlighted? In other words, synchronize them.
