How to synchronize Bitrix24 clients and 1C-Bitrix users?

There is a site on 1C-Bitrix. Clients are created in Bitrix24. A user on the site will be created for each client from Bitrix24, and a login-password will be sent to him.
It is required that if a user changes his data on the site, they are automatically changed in Bitrix24, including user fields. Ideally, make this whole process automatic. Can you tell me which way to go about this? And then I do not understand where to start. If I mastered 1C-Bitrix a little, then I don’t orient myself in Bitrix24 at all.
