How to synchronize a repository on 2 computers?

I need to work with a project on two computers.
Obviously, before moving from one to the other, I must push everything to the repository in the github.
Further, as I understand it, you need to download changes on another computer, etc.
It is not clear to me how exactly this repository should be opened on the second computer when it has already been created.
