How to synchronize 1s8x with OpenCart?

Guys, tell me an understandable and proven plugin for synchronizing 1c v.8x (UTP) with OpenCart (until the version has been chosen - it will probably be 2.3.0.2 or 3.0.3.6 - everything will depend on the plugin). The main function of the plugin should be - daily automatic synchronization with 1C (without manual upload / download from 1C). A paid version is also being considered.
I watched a couple of synchronization plugins on the internet, but I would like a proven version.
