How to sync website and Facebook Page?

There is a website with posts and comments written in Ruby On Rails.
There is also a Facebook page where posts from the site are published. It is necessary to make a full synchronization of posts and comments:
- Posts in one direction from the site to the Facebook page;
- Comments in both directions.
