How to sync Postgres in PHPStorm?

Hello!
Yesterday I asked a question about postgres, it turned out that the problem was in the PHPStorm ide.
The bottom line is that I will remove the foreign key from the console, but it still remains in DB Tools. I've tried the Synchronize button, rebooting PHPStorm and the computer - doesn't help. If I try to delete this key using DB Tools, it says that the key is not there, but still leaves it in the list.

No one has encountered? Any ideas?

PS In PHPStrom 9 everything is fine, but in 10 it is buggy.

try File -> Invalidate Caches/Restart .
Personally, I prefer to work with third-party tools.
