How to sync PhpStorm settings?

Due to the fact that I have at my disposal 2 laptops and one workstation (different OS), the question arose about synchronizing settings, plugins, Live Templates and everything else. Synchronizing the .idea folder is not an option, since the paths in different OSes are also different and cannot be made the same.
In a search on the Toaster, I found a two-year-old recommendation to synchronize via https://account.jetbrains.com/, but there is nothing similar there. In general, such a way would be optimal.
