How to sync my DNS with 8.8.8.8?

Hello. I'm not very familiar with how a DNS server works under the hood. For the sake of satisfying my own interest, I wanted to try running a trusted server, but in golang. Without using very old solutions that are now available.
I'll figure it out, but where to get information about domains and how to add your server to the trusted ones is not clear yet.
Can anyone give me a hint on the mechanics?

If you have your own domain, then raise your DNS server and register it as NS with the owner of the previous level domain. Then your server will be trusted for this domain.
Actually "power of attorney" in this case means that the domain records are located directly on this server.

Hm. What solutions do you call old?
this is your server must be secondary for some domains, this is allowed by the administrator of that domain by making the appropriate entries in the zone file
