How to sync music with lyrics of a song\movie with subtitles?

Interested in a library or service with an open API. Libraries are interesting with open source, preferably in Java.
Most likely, there should be something like voice recognition, which takes the lyrics of the song as input, and gives out for each word the time intervals in which it sounds.
Also, in the absence of a ready-made solution, I will be grateful for the advice of something open for speech recognition, which can well separate the voice from music and extraneous noise and is well able to recognize it from a given set of words.

No program will be able to recognize the text and 1% of all songs, even native speakers themselves sometimes do not understand the words. When creating subtitles / lyrics, time is always set by pens, there is no other way
