How to sync FTP and GITHub?

Please tell me how can I synchronize files on an ftp server with a github repository?
There are many solutions for deploying from GIT to FTP, but I can not find a reverse solution.
Those. the script should pick up files from the FTP server on a schedule and push them to the repository.
