How to sync Android information easily?

Hello! Can't find the answer!
I want to write something like a shopping list for myself!
But I can not find an easy way to synchronize information.
Let's say I added tomatoes at home and my wife at work updated the list and saw this entry!
I would like an easy way.
Needless to say, there are already many such applications! I write it for the seed to work out!
Thank you!

The easiest (in my opinion) is to create a website for yourself - there is synchronization and there is no need to update applications on all devices when a new version is released.
If you really want an application, then for synchronization you still need a "site" (more precisely, a service), which can be accessed via https://developer.android.com/reference/java/net/H... to record and read the data.
You can try to do without a website, and sync via Dropbox / Google drive.

To keep things simple (but costly), you need a third party in the form of a sync server.
