on the map there is a plate with the current address and a blue button with a forward arrow, by clicking on which the necessary addresses on the map should change. If there is something similar in Yandex maps, it will do.

I don't even know where or how to start. Appearance by means of HTML and CSS I implemented in this there are no problems. But how to implement this functionality. What to use? js? maybe some plugins? js I know superficially and if I explain "what's where" I think I can handle it.
