How to support layout on IE 11?

How do you support IE and do you support it at all. The guidelines ask you to use vendor prefixes, but they don't work. It was also said in the articles that you don’t need to type on flex in general to support IE (I don’t know here whether this is true or not). Yes, and support for some properties is weak, and errors also pop up in js. It is very interesting to know from you, how do you support this browser? :)
