How to subtract numbers with a condition?

Good day. There are two columns with numbers, I sum them up with a condition like this: =SUMIF(A3:A1000;H5;B3:B1000) .
How to do a subtraction operation? That is, subtract numbers from the columns in the same way under the same condition ?
