How to substitute URL key for each dynamic ad (adwords)?

Hello !
I have this situation: I add keywords and a final URL for each such key to the "ad group".
As a result, I had about 500 keys in total with a unique end link for each key.
How can I now create a dynamic ad to not only substitute additional phrases in the titles, but also change the final URL depending on which key was displayed?
