How to substitute the central (current) image from the slick slider to img?

there is a carousel of manufacturers and depending on the central element (to which the click slider adds the slick-current and slick-center classes) the src image in another block (with the vendors__int-product__img class) should change,
I will be grateful for any help!

Do as in the Slider Syncing example .
This is exactly what you need.
If necessary, disable the swipe for the "large" image.
