How to substitute a NAME in a letter when sending via Bitrix?

Good afternoon! Please tell me.
When registering, I receive a letter template for everyone, in which there is #login# #pass# #name#
and everything works.
Now, I transferred the old database to the site and uploaded about 300 new users.
Created their logins and passwords. Prepared a notification letter.
The question is, how can I make a mailing list so that the username and password are substituted for the recipient? Now it just comes #LOGIN# #PASS# #NAME# and there is no autocorrect
I created a mail event based on a new user and through the mailing module, I send myself letters with a test letter where there is no necessary data .. save ..

Values from the https://dev.1c-bitrix.ru/api_help/main/reference/c... array passed in the 3rd parameter with the corresponding key are substituted into templates of the #NAME# type .
And it will not work to get the password from the database, if that.
