How to subscribe to RSS of all artist's albums?

Is there some kind of social network or just a music catalog website where you can subscribe to artists you are interested in so that you receive an RSS notification about the official release of a new album, single or even compositions?

On 02/01/2015 the situation is as follows:
- Discogs disabled rss for artists
- Muspy, album-tracker, album-info - databases are too small (no Russian rap, for example)
- Google Alerts shows a bunch of garbage
- saundamus - site is unavailable
- there is no such function on torrents
- torrentchecker is buggy tvfedor.ru came
up to me . I subscribed to the discography of artists from the rutracker with the help of Fedor, and subscribed to him via RSS. Now, notifications about new releases from your favorite artists come in one feed.
