How to structure your repositories on GitHub?

There are a lot of them. Labels cannot be set. Folders too. How can they be structured?

Pretty perverted option, but still.
Create one repository (essentially a category). Using submodules, add your repositories that fit this category to this repository and push to GitHub. Here is a folder containing a bunch of other folders that link to your Github repositories. For even more convenience, you can create a separate organization so as not to litter the list of your repositories with another category repository :)
