How to stretch svg background to full screen?

As planned, the transparent text increases and flies straight to the middle of the screen. But maybe svg, it is not clear whether it is possible to increase the background area. I tried to add elements to the left and right of the svg, but then two backgrounds overlap and it becomes darker, but even if I solve it on a vertical screen, it's not clear
