1. When you turn on the tablet, the site should open to the full width of the screen.
2. It is also necessary to remove all control buttons from the tablet screen (back button, etc.).
3. Make it so that the user cannot enter a different site address in the browser.
For point 2, there is a Full! Screen program I have not tried it yet, but it seems to be what you need.

Write an application with a single WebView element that will contain the address you need. This will solve all your problems. Well, there you will need to conjure a bit more with the buttons;)
