How to stretch block content on flexbox?

There are cards. Please tell me how can I make sure that in these cards the headings and content are on the same line, regardless of the size of the content; did the adjacent card just stretch based on the size of the previous one?

PS Please explain how this problem can be solved on flexbox and don't completely rewrite html :)
