How to store user configuration in Angular?

The situation is as follows: the user enters his personal account under his login. There are blocks in the office that he can move. How and where to store the location of these blocks for each user, if on the Angular front?
UPD: there is my opinion to store in the database and Angular to make get requests to get configuration data and post in order to overwrite them with new ones if the user changes the location of the block
