How to properly store the software architecture and make it available to interested parties upon request? Interested in best practices.
I myself know the option "the presentation is on a network drive, who wants to watch it."

I recommend describing the architecture using PlantUML, the advantages are:
1. this is a real UML
2. this is a model through text - we see the picture, but we can always edit it, no need to go to the tool where we drew it and search there.
3. it's free and supported by many wikis or documentation co-creation tools
