How to store string with formatting?

There is a text with formatting tags for everyone, as in the forums, let's say. For example [b]text[/b].
There's a mix of text, formatting, links. I want to parse it once into an internal format, so that later I can export it to any other. For example in html. Or in a telegram format. Or even in 3D.
I can’t figure it out and I can’t google the appropriate format.

If purely Html can then not reinvent the wheel, but use well-known libraries - beautifulsoup for example.
Well and so - classes it is thought the most general-purpose format will be.
