How to store rich text in wpf application?

I ask for advice in solving the following problem:
In a wpf application, it is required to store about 200 pieces of text with formatting, with the ability to edit and save the text. Is it possible to implement this using wpf without carrying a separate rtf file with these phrases along with the application?

Try FixedDocument. Should fit as intended.
