How to store large numbers in CSV in normal format?

I export data from a database table to a CSV file. There are large numbers there, but when they get into CSV, they turn into this format 2.61599E + 15. I tried to change the format of the cells by converting to a number, I close and reopen the file, and there again 2.61599E + 15. How to make CSV store large numbers?
